No — and we never will. Argus Docs isn't a signing tool or a document vault. We read your document once to find the important dates, then our whole job is reminding you before they hit. Think alarm clock, not filing cabinet.
What if you read a date wrong?+
You always confirm before any reminder is armed. We show you the exact sentence each date came from, so you can verify it in seconds and edit anything that's off. The reminder only goes live once you say so.
What kinds of documents work?+
Anything with a deadline: vendor & SaaS agreements, commercial leases, insurance policies, business licenses and permits, NDAs, employment contracts. You tell us the type on upload so we know what to look for.
